We need $7.00 for a year domain name. If anyone has any money on an account or whatever a donation earns you a promotion to whatever is next. So if you're a user you get VIP, if you're VIP you get Moderator, ect. So, Donate?

Thats the problem with me. I'd be glad to spend it but, I don't have any way of getting the money on my paypal, because my parents refuse to let me buy anything on the internet.

You could always get a small ad down the very bottom of the page. That should get $7 a year at the least.

$7 a year isn't that bad, I'm sure I could get the domain paid for.
But, don't you think we should get more than 11 members first?
